Muscle Oats

This is a quick and easy recipe to make, and creates a great breakfast to power your lift the next morning. It has protein, fats, and carbs to make sure you’re ready to take on the day. I usually make about 3 at a time, and they stay fresh for a few days after making them.


3/4 cup steel cut oats

6 oz almond milk

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp flax seed

1 tsp wheat germ

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar, store overnight or for a couple days, and enjoy.
