This is by far the most simple recipe I make, but it comes out great every time. It tastes great, and offers a few added fat loss benefits that really spike metabolism. The recipe works with just about any dieting style from cutting to bulking to keto.
8 oz 85/15 grass fed beef
1/2 a jalapeno
1/4 cup of onion
1 tsp red pepper flakes
salt to taste
Heat a tbsp or two of olive oil in a skillet. Once it reaches a high enough heat, add in the jalapeno and onion. Saute until onion and jalapeno are soft.
Add in the beef and red pepper flakes. Brown the meat in the pan.
Add salt once the beef has all been cooked, and then stir around to make sure ingredients are equally throughout.
