Nasty Chest Pump

This workout is guaranteed to get you a killer chest pump.

Flat Barbell Bench Press 5 sets of 3 (Heavy)

Compound Set: 5 sets of 12 for each exercise

  • Incline DB Bench
  • Incline DB Flyes
  • Feet Elevated Pushups

Finisher: 10 sets of 10 cable crossover

Short, simple, and to the point. Not the easiest workout, but it is going to leave your chest with a killer pump. Which is obviously all that matters 99.9% of the time.
