Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Everyone loves chocolate and peanut butter together, unless you’re allergic, which means that sucks for you. I commonly do a chocolate peanut butter oatmeal mash before I go to bed. It provides protein throughout the night, slow digesting fats and oats so I don’t wake up hungry, and is a great nighttime snack. The recipe is so damn simple:

Ingredients

1 Minute Quick Oats

Chocolate Casein Protein

Peanut Butter

Directions

  1. Cook the quick oats (1 serving) according to the directions on the box, but add a bit more water than they tell you to.
  2. Remove them from the microwave and add 2-3 Tbsp. of Peanut Butter. Mix in.
  3. Add a heaping scoop of chocolate casein protein. Stir in.
  4. Add water until it develops the texture that you would like. I enjoy mine kind of thick so that is isn’t too watered down.

The macros come out to roughly:

35g protein, 35g carbs, and 20g of fat

It is so easy to make, a makes for a quick and healthy dessert that will keep you full all night. Enjoy!
