Arm Day 1

What’s better than a good arm pump? Nothing. Nothing is better.

Workout:

  • 6 sets of 6 Arnold Cheat Curls (Cheat the weight up, slowly lower it)
  • 4 sets of 12 EZ Bar Forehead Curls (Literally curl the weight to your head)
  • Superset 4 sets 15 each:
    • Reverse Grip Curls
    • Forearm Curls on Bench
  • 4 sets of 12 Straight Bar Pushdowns
  • 3 sets of 20 Rope Pushdowns
  • Band Pushdowns Burnout light band 100 reps non-stop
