Workout:

  • Bench Press 12, 12, 10, 10
  • Cable Crossovers 3×15
  • Incline Hex Press w/ 4 second eccentric 4×8
  • Superset 4×12 each:
    • Dumbbell Pullovers
    • Pushups on Med Ball
