The Murph

In honor of tomorrow being Memorial Day and the theme of remembrance, the workout of the day is the CrossFit Hero workout in the name of Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy.

The workout:

  • 1 Mile Run
  • 100 Pull-ups
  • 200 Push-ups
  • 300 Squats
  • 1 Mile Run

And if you’d like more of a challenge, or to keep it true to the workout, all of that with a 20-pound vest or body armor. Good luck!
