Workout:

  • Seated Barbell Press 15, 12, 8, 8
  • Arnold Press 5×12
  • Rear Delt Raises 5×15
  • Face Pulls 3×20
  • Superset:
    • Barbell Shrugs 4×12
    • Dumbbell Shrugs 4×15
