All the kettlebells, all the fun.

Workout:

  • Superset: 4 sets
    • Kettlebell Front Squats 12
    • KB Swings 15
  • 4 Rounds
    • Overhead KB Lunges 8 each leg
    • KB Deadlift 12
    • KB Romanian Deadlifts 15
  • Superset: 4 sets of 12
    • Tempo KB Front Squats (4 seconds down, 2 second pause at bottom, 4 seconds up)
    • KB Bulgarian Split Squats (12 each)
