Chest Day 6

Monday is international chest day so here we are.

Workout:

  • Incline Bench 8, 8, 7, 7
  • Flat Bench (Close Grip, Neutral, Wide Grip) 10/10/10 for 3 sets
    • Do 10 close, 10 normal, 10 wide and that equals one set
  • Cable Crossovers: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 3 minutes
  • Pushups: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 4 minutes
