Workout:

  • Superset:
    • Incline DB Press 20, 15, 12, 10, 8
    • Flat DB Flyes 20, 15, 12, 10, 8
  • Superset: 3 sets
    • Wide Grip Bench 135 lbs to Failure
    • Chest Fly Machine 15 reps
  • Superset: 5 Sets
    • Cable Crossovers 15
    • Pushups to Failure
