My name is Ryan Savaikie, I am 22 years old with a passion for fitness. At about 15 years old I simply began working out, but by 18 this quickly became a large aspect of my life taking up an hour five days a week. Five days became seven, one hour became two, and it went from an interest to a calling in a very short time frame. This lead me to pursue a career in the industry, so I quickly became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Now, I was not always in good shape during this time period. At the beginning of 2016, I weighed roughly 230 lbs at 6’2″, and I DID NOT look good. Throughout 2016 I doubled down on my training and nutrition, and at the end of November 2016, I had lost 50 lbs. All of this while increasing my bench, deadlift, and squat.

In March of 2017, I had lost a total of 60 lbs and was in the best shape of my young life. With a body fat below 10%, I finally had the abs I wanted and was happy with my body for once. I still continue to try to better myself in and outside of the gym every single day. In the gym for two hours a day, and a minimum of one hour of deliberate study every single day without fail.

I know this all sounds great, but why should you listen to anything I have to say? Simply it is because I have been there. I have been overweight, not confident, and unhappy with my physical appearance. I understand the struggle and know what it takes to entirely transform your body and therefore your life into the one you really want.
