I think everyone likes this day. Workout: Close Grip Bench Press 4x10 EZ Bar Skullcrushers 4x12 EZ Bar Tricep Kickbacks 4x20 Dumbbell Preacher Curls 4x10 each Incline DB Curls with a twist 4x12 each Reverse Grip Curls 4x15

Arm Day 4

High volume, big pump. Workout: Close Grip Bench 4x15 Skullcrushers 3x20 Superset: Cable Pushdowns 4x15 Diamond Pushups 4x15 Chin-Ups 4x12 Cable Curls w/ Rope 4x20 Hammer Curl Rack Run Start with 30's for 10 reps each arm, keep going up 5 lbs until you can't then work your way back down to the 30's
